1. Introduction and application
Discontinuous production line for polyurethane foam panel (PU panel), is also call press machine. This machine can do foam injection and curing of two panels at same the time of loading and unloading of other two panels, because of which this machine is called TWO IN TWO OUT (2+2). Comparing to continuous production pu panel line, the press machine line is short and flexible and more applicable for cold rooms and pu panel of other construction insulations.
2. Main structure description
Frame
The press machine is welded by structural steel to meet strength requirement of foaming pressure.
Loading plate
Loading plate consists of top loading plate and bottom plate, which are the main part of press machine. Water cycling channel is built in the loading plate. The strength of loading plate meets the requirement of maximum foaming force. Plate flatness is 0.5mm and plate surface roughness is Ra=3.2μ M.
Synchronizing mechanism
Synchronizing mechanism consists of gears and chains to ensure the stability of loading panel lifting.
Conveying mechanism
The action of IN/OUT of the loading plate is controlled and driven by two independent motor. The moving speed of loading plate is adjusted by frequency inverter.
Electrical control system
The actions of all units are controlled by Programmable Logic Controller (PLC),

Auto/Manual Mode
Reset and Start up in emergency
Cycling Stop
Hydraulic system
Double-pump is adopted to control the OPEN/CLOSE of press machine. The hydraulic system can quickly complete the action of OPEN/CLOSE and provide maximum clamping force for foaming.
Temperature control system
Electric hot water tank provide heat for top/bottom loading plate, controlled by temperature control system. The temperature is adjustable from 30 to 50 degree.
